We want you to be perfectly satisfied with your Velasca purchase. If your shoes or accessories aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original Velasca box and protective packaging to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop off the package at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange pair within 5-7 business days.
